It was a very good location with strong public transport connections to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our time in Vienna. The air conditioning in our room was very good as Vienna was experiencing a heatwave when we arrived. They were happy to keep our bags for us after check out while we nipped down to Praterstern for a last spot of touristing at the riesenrad and amusements

After returning home from 6 days at the Social Hub, I read some of the worst reviews of the hotel, and I can't really mirror myself in any of them. Room was clean, housekept every afternoon stocks reapplied, bed done - sometimes coffee was refilled sometimes not. Staff very helpfull and even though most services was selfserviced, staff always took over to help even though we would actually prefer to do the self service. We were only using the restautant once and waiters were very attentive. Asking if we want to order more (of coarse) and we ended up spending more on drinks than planned. Nice vibes in the hotel.

Had no idea it was a B-Corp, which they lived well. The staff were amazing - all so friendly and accepting; special mentions to Janette on front desk (my tour guide and moral support) and Alina, Rodrigo & Miriam in the bar & restaurant. Bed firm comfort, free laundry & games. Co-working spaces useful and accessible. It may have a student base but welcomes business travellers & tourists alike. Frequent public transport on the doorstep.

Located close to undreground and train station, easy to get to the centre. 5 minutes walking distance from Prater entertainment park. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Hotel has good vibe, modern and interesting interior design, full self-service at check-in and check-out, yet friendly and personal assistance by staff available easily. Good breakfast.

The bed was very comfy. The location to the train station was great. The room was bright and clean. The resturant/bar offered a good selection of food including vegan options. The shower was exceptional. The bed had a socket either side making charging phones much easier. The room was very quiet and we could hear very little of what was going on outside

It was a beautiful 7-day hotel experience and this happened to a very large extent due to the two very efficient and competent employees in terms of attitude and behaviour towards the hotel's customers in whom I saw a lot of empathy, kindness, the desire to help the customer and to meet his needs and reasonable desires during the accommodation. Of course, the two employees I am referring to are Adrian from the restaurant and Philipp from the reception who, as an HR manager and organisational psychologist, I recommend for a higher management position (why not?), proving to be a very good fit for the hospitality industry. Lovely staff and very accommodating in particular “Phillip”. Amazing location with links to the city centre, clean, modern and amazing for the money! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Has good morals and ethics and seemed to be a sustainable and environmentally friendly hotel. Only way I would mark it down was that the thermostat was really hard to understand so we did have a cold room for a night until we worked out how to use it!

The entire place feels very young and artsy, which encourages engagement with other patrons, especially with the use of the apps. There are many common areas to hang out and meet new people. At the game console, pool table, reading area, cafe etc. There was also a laundry room, which was really useful. Rooms were really comfy and met all of our expectations! The only gripe we have is that it was a little far from the metro station, especially after a long day, we dreaded that walk back to the hotel in the cold. But apart from that, everything was great! We were also pleasantly surprised with having Praterstern amusement park within walking distance.
